Army Aboriginal Capacity Assistance Program – Laura

Technical advisor to the Department of Prime Minister & Cabinet. Black & More worked with Army and the community to deliver a reticulated sewerage system and treatement plant; a multipurpose administration building and sporting facilities.

SECAR Radar Construction and Removal

Black & More acted as civil, structural and logistics engineers in the construction of surface wave radar facility trials on the Islands of Dauan and Koey in Torres Strait. The facilities located in uninhabitated areas required complex project management for successful installation. We subsequently managed the physical demobilisation of the facilities including cultural heritage, native title and environmental considerations.

Army Aboriginal Community Assistance Program – Mapoon

Black & More acted as civil engineers for the Mapoon AACAP Project. Our role entailed the planning and design of a new water reticulation system for Mapoon Community. Works were constructed by Army’s engineering squadron.
