Black & More managed the civil engineering design and project management for the upgrade works along 790m of Portland Road. Works included construction of 3 new culvert sites, 790 metres of sealed road and associated roadworks and drainage.

Lockhart River Subdivision

Planning, design and construction management of a 28 lot subdivison. The subdivision was designed and built to FNQROC specifications.

Aurukun Health & Wellbeing Centre

Black & More managed the procurement of a contractor to design and construct a new Health & Wellbeing Centre Building that provides essential day to day living services to the Community.

Aurukun Business Precinct

Black & More was the lead consultant on this project, overseeing the various design and construction contracts. The Business Precinct Building is the prominent new business hub located in the Centre of Aurukun, providing offices to local government and retail spaces for local business.

Mapoon Housing

Black & More acts as project manager for council’s housing program comprising 31 houses delivered as part of the NPARIH Program. The role includes management of design, procurement, construction and Indigenous employment and training reporting.

Kowanyama Housing

Provision of technical and project management support to KASC in the delivery of 2 x 2 bedroom and 1 x 3 bedroom detached houses under the NPARIH Remote Housing Project.

Mapoon Community Centre

TSRA Housing Renovation Program

Black & More undertook detailed condition assessments of TSRAs stock of 50+ housing units and developed a targeted maintenance and upgrade program. We subsequently managed the delivery of major upgrades on 20 dwellings.
